Actress Kriti Sanon is teaming up with her Luka Chuppi director Laxman Utekar and producer Dinesh Vijan of Maddock films for an unexpected miraculous ride titled Mimi.
The official handle of Maddock Films just confirmed the new project along with some details on social media. It said, “Life is a journey filled with unexpected miracles. Get ready for a journey like never before, #Mimi! #DineshVijan @Laxman10072 @kritisanon @TripathiiPankaj @JioCinema”
It is been reported that Mimi is inspired by a Marathi film called Mala Aai Vhhaychy, which is on surrogacy, however, there has been no official confirmation on the subject of the film.
Kriti, who is basking in the glory of two back-to-back hit films Bareilly Ki Barfi and Luka Chuppi, will be teaming with veteran Pankaj Tripathi for Mimi.
Apart from Mimi, which is a women-centric drama film, actress Kriti Sanon has various projects in her kitty, multi-starrer Housefull 4 and Panipat.
Housefull 4 is directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
Panipat is a historical period drama film directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar. It stars Arjun Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles.
