Coronavirus has ground the world to a halt and amidst these tough times, frontline workers are working day and night to fight this menace. Many organizations have come forward to show their support to the frontline workers and now Bata India has come up with a superb initiative. Actress Kriti Sanon took to her social media account to appreciate their noble gesture.
In a post on her social media, the Luka Chuppi actress wrote, “While most of us are safe at home, there are millions of healthcare workers fighting day and night to make this world a safer place. Thank you @bata.india for recognizing the efforts of these real-life heroes and paying them your respect with this superb initiative!”
Kriti Sanon who is the face of Bata in India shared this news with her fans that Bata India is now donating 1 million pairs of shoes to the frontline workers as a way to recognize their tireless efforts to serve the nation.
The actress who made her debut in Bollywood with the film ‘Heropanti’ has been quite active in bringing awareness amongst the people for Corona. She was also a part of a special song ‘Muskurayega India’ which motivated the fellow Indians that we will fight through this.
On the work front, Kriti Sanon was last seen in the film ‘Panipat’ opposite Arjun Kapoor. The film could not perform well at the box office. She will be next seen in the film ‘Mimi’ where she will be portraying the role of a surrogate mother. The film is slated to be released in July 2020.
