Actor Mrunal Thakur just took to her social media profile and extended her support for The House Of Artisans fundraiser to improve the lives of local artisans.
Because of the sudden outbreak of COVID -19, so many rural artisans have lost work and hence have no means to earn a living! With no business, no raw materials, no movement they have no work and are running back to their home towns in a panic! They have no choice but to beg or borrow money from local money lenders to survive through the crisis!
The House Of Artisans has started a fundraiser, the organization is recognized and supported by UPAYA Social Ventures and NASSCOM 10K startups for our contribution to improving the livelihoods of rural artisans in India in the last 2 years!

The goal is to support local craftsmen with basic financial stability, and save them from taking debts that will take them an entire lifetime to repay because of unimaginable interest rates!

Aankh Micholi is directed by Umesh Shukla and produced under the banner of Cine1 Studios. Also starring Abhimanyu Dassani, the film revolves around a family of misfits; it will be shot in India and Europe. The release date of the film is announced for Diwali 2020.
