Oats! Often we must have heard about oats and it is the healthiest grains on the earth. Doctors suggest diabetes patients intake oats or oatmeal. According to the research, the beta-glucan decreases the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol or bad cholesterol but it did not affect the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol or good cholesterol.

HELPS IN DECREASING THE RISK OF CHILDHOOD ASTHMA: Asthma is known to be the most common chronic disease in kids. Since it is an inflammatory disorder of the airways, it transmits through the air.
