For this first-of-its-kind curated collection, the two creative forces worked together on a selection that delivers some stand-out designs. The curation serves as an ode to Ananya’s groovy and free-spirited style and is set to take the eyewear scene in India up a notch.
In case you didn’t notice, eyewear from OPIUM was a constant in every look of Ananya’s for her latest tour spanning across eight cities. The tour saw Ananya taking her favourite OPIUM pieces on the road with her. From Kolkata and Delhi to Bangalore and Chennai, the sunnies did tour quite a bit.
Each look was vastly different yet vastly in sync with the pop star’s personal sense of style. For the Delhi leg of her tour, the pop star gave reign to her eclectic side by pairing tinted sunnies with boxer braids and a tee and looked like an absolute diva. Classics occupy a special spot in her heart as well, and she teamed a pair of aviators with an easy pullover to effortlessly elevate the look. These stunners literally go with every outfit, whether it is a pullover or an Indo-Western kurta. Speaking of the latter, the young icon proved the timeless allure of a basic kurta by pairing it with ripped denims and cat-eye sunnies. These funky cat-eyed sunnies are bold, chic and make dressing up a lot more fun.
