Actor Ranveer Singh took to Instagram to share a picture with his trophies after he won three major awards at the Zee Cine Awards 2020. He won the awards in three categories: best actor, the song of the year and best on-screen pair for Gully Boy with Alia Bhatt.

Helmed by Zoya Akhtar, the film Gully Boy starred Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, along with Kalki Koechlin, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Vijay Raaz in supporting roles.
Inspired by the lives of Indian street rappers Divine and Naezy, the film is a coming-of-age story about an aspiring street rapper from the Dharavi slums of Mumbai.
Next, Ranveer Singh is all geared up with 83’-the film, Sooryavanshi and Jayesh Bhai Jordaar, which are slated for 2020 release.
83 is directed by Kabir Khan and stars Ranveer Singh as cricketer Kapil Dev, along with Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Jiiva, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Nishant Dahiya, and Sahil Khattar.
The story narrates Dev’s journey of life as well as how he became the captain of the India national cricket team and won the 1983 Cricket World Cup. It will be theatrically released on 10 April 2020, along with dubbed versions in Tamil and Telugu languages.
