Actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, who recently returned to her London residence with her husband Anand Ahuja, is back at the gym to lift some weights.
On Monday, Sonam posted her picture on Instagram with her fitness trainer Matt Parsons in which both can be seen wearing face masks and Sonam posing for the camera carrying a gym bag.
“First day out of quarantine and straight into the gym.. @_mattparsons you’re very mean! On a more serious note I didn’t think I’d be so happy to get back at it.. @upfitnesslive @upfitnesslondon 😓😢💪” Sonam captioned her image.
Sonam got 1.3 lakhs likes for her latest post and her actor father Anil Kapoor also encouraged her with a series of emojis – punch, thumbs up, heart, and hug – in the comments section.
Earlier this month, Sonam and Anand flew to London, after spending nearly four months in Delhi and Mumbai. The two had come to India just before the nationwide lockdown was enforced, as they wanted to be close to their families.
After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, many celebrities including Sonam Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, and Ananya Panday made their Social media accounts private. Netizens accused them of supporting nepotism in Bollywood.

Sonam was last seen onscreen in Abhishek Sharma’s ‘The Zoya Factor’ along with Dulquer Salmaan, it performed poorly at the box-office.
