Actor Kartik Aaryan gets nostalgic as his first massive hit, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety clocks three years, and the actor calls it a life-changing film.

Released in 2018, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety directed and co-produced by Luv Ranjan starred Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha, Sunny Singh Nijjar, Alok Nath, and Ishita Raj Sharma.

The film marks the fourth collaboration between Ranjan, Aaryan, and Bharucha as well as the third time Singh and Sharma collaborate with them. The film went onto becoming commercially successful racking almost 150 crores at the box-office and catapulted Kartik into a superstar.

As the movie clocks three years, Kartik took to his social media and dropped a teaser from the film, and wrote, “Exactly 3 years ago, my life changed!! Thank you Luv sir for #SonuKeTituKiSweety #3YearsOfSKTKS”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aaryan’s first and upcoming thriller film Dhamaka which is currently in the post-production stage will release on Netflix, post which he will be seen in the standalone sequels Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Dostana 2 as well as the follow-ups Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety 2, Luka Chuppi Phir Se and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 3.

He has also signed a three-film deal contract with Eros for a whopping amount of 75 crores, thus becoming the highest-paid young generation actor of Bollywood.

Additionally, he will feature in Rohit Dhawan’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, the Hindi remake of Allu Arjun’s Telugu film of the same name, and an action film set in Hong Kong directed by Om Raut.
