Actor-Director and Politician Sunny Deol skips the trailer launch of his son Karan Deol’s debut movie, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas and shares the reason behind it.
Being Gurdaspur MP Sunny Deol took to his social media profile and shared that he is not attending the trailer launch of his son and going to Batala area to lend his support.
He shared, “I am on my way to visit the #BatalaBlast site and meet bereaved families”
Twenty-three people were killed in a blast at the firecracker factory located in a residential area on Jalandhar road in Batala of Gurdaspur district. The explosion had also damaged buildings nearby, shattering window panes and even bringing down the roofs of a couple of them. The explosion was heard kilometers away.
Earlier Sunny expressed his grief over the blast. He wrote, “Saddened to hear about the news of blast in Batala factory. NDRF teams and local administration have been rushed for rescue operation”
Teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) are trying to find out any person still trapped under the debris. So far the blast has claimed 23 lives and much more brutally injured.
Sunny Deol has directed Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, which stars debutante Karan Deol and Sahher Bambaa, the trailer of the film is out but Sunny missed it as his constituency people need his help and support.
