After announcing the film last year, there hasn’t been any update of Haseen Dillruba, until now. Actress Taapsee Pannu shared a sneak-peek into the film and her character from the forthcoming crime drama.
Piquing the curiosity of fans for her upcoming flick, Taapsee Pannu dropped a stunning picture of herself from the murder-mystery. She took to her social media profile and dropped the picture, the caption read, “Tan Man ka dhan” Rani Kashyap back in the house ….#HaseenDilruba”
In the picture, Taapsee is seen sporting a traditional gold nose pin embedded with contrasting red and white pearls along with small gold earrings. Looks like the shooting for the film has resumed again after a long time!
Haseen Dillruba is directed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma under the banner Colour Yellow Productions. The film also stars Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. The film was initially scheduled for theatrical release on 18 September 2020, before the COVID-19 pandemic affected the production of the film.
Apart from the Haseen Dillruba, actress Taapsee has a series of projects lined-up, such as spy thriller Janaganamana opposite Jayam Ravi, the athletic drama Rashmi Rocket opposite Aparshakti Khurana and the sports biopic Shabaash Mithu as cricketer Mithali Raj.
In addition, Pannu will team up with Tahir Raj Bhasin for the drama Looop Lapeta and with Vijay Sethupathi in an untitled Tamil-language comedy film.
