Former Bigg Boss Contestant and television personality Arshi Khan being an outsider had been a victim of Groupism.

Arshi sharing her views on the same stated that many times it has happened that she has signed the agreement received the payment, but the creative team at the end moment has rejected her.

Sharing her experience Arshi said, “Though I am an outsider, I did a lot of hard work. But this is a fact, till you don’t get some big projects, you won’t get famous publically. Not only me there are many people in the television industry who are outsiders and have earned fame. As I am attached to a television, I have done many reality shows and fiction shows”

“According to me for an outsider television industry is good, but if you join the film Industry then there are a lot of issues. You will find more of nepotism in Bollywood. But in the television Industry also there are many groups who will try to create obstacles in your way”

“Because they have been working for 10 to 15 years and have made their own groups. Due to this, they don’t allow outsiders to get involved. After doing Bigg Boss I faced lots of problems. Because of group-ism many shows went off from my list” added Arshi.

“At the end of the day, we can’t do anything. The only thing we have to do is work hard. And its audience decides who the best is. Many times it has happened that I have signed the agreement and received the payment, but the creative team at the end moment have rejected me. So I have faced a lot because of group-ism. You can’t expect big projects until you don’t become part of such groups. I don’t know much about the film industry, because I have still not set my foot in Bollywood”

Arshi has also done few music videos, such as Nakhre, Bandi and Nain Nasheele.
