Keep in mind. While in high heels walk from heel to toe. It reduces the pressure on your toes and also keeps you from tripping. In the beginning, it would be difficult but practice makes it perfect.

To avoid chaffing

Keep blisters at bay by using a lip balm on the back of your heels.  

Open up your shoe using some ice. If your shoe fits too snugly, then try this simple trick. Fill a zip lock bag halfway with water and place the bag inside the shoe. Put the shoe in the freezer overnight. Your shoe stretches since the water freezes and expands the shoe.
