The XSEED Education Conference on Aug 10 will feature the first-ever teaching contest live on stage and the grand finale of the Country Wide Search For The Professional K-12 Teacher In The 21st Century
Chennai 2019: Addressing the burning question of ‘what makes an inspired teacher’, XSeed Education has launched ‘XSEED SuperTeacher’. The SuperTeacher hunt is a genuine endeavour to reach out to the teachers across India to understand the challenges, motivations and incentives that will inspire teaching from the heart that would make a lasting impression.
The XSeed Education system wishes to create an opportunity for the best teachers to showcase what truly outstanding teaching actually looks like – and be given due recognition for their professional skill and personal effort with each child.
Close to 10,000 teachers will participate in the XSEED SuperTeacher Search, across India.
The finale will feature finalists teaching a LIVE CLASSROOM, to be judged by an expert jury and audience.
Besides the audience in Chennai, this 30-days competitive search is open over 75,000 XSEED teachers across the country are expected to watch the Finale and the conference on a live webcast.
Each teacher will go through four rounds of evaluation by an expert jury, leading to a grand finale on 10th August 2019, during the XSEED Education Conference in Chennai.
- The Winning XSEED teacher will go for a professional development residential program to Singapore.
- Three Runner-ups will go for a professional development residential program in India
- Top 25 XSEED teachers will go through an offsite leadership workshop in India and top 100 teachers will receive medals, citations besides trophies for the leading schools.
- There are awards, participation certificate for all who go through the challenging yet exciting process and for the participants who come to the grand finale on August 10th.
XSeed Education’s ‘XSEED SuperTeacher Search’ seeks to bridge this gap by providing a platform to find, nurture, and reward the best of the best teachers through the 2019 XSEED Education Conference, based on the theme ‘Discovering the Great Professional Teacher’.
Over thousand teachers will be in the audience on 10th August, 2019 (Saturday) at the conference in Chennai will have a unique chance to participate in a live contest and win on-the-spot awards, besides participating in the conversations.
