Hina Khan is known for experimenting. She is now back with a horror film titled ‘Unlock: The Haunted App’ which is going to release on ZEE5 on 27 June. The film also stars Kushal Tandon in the lead role alongside her and this will be the first time when the duo will be seen sharing the screen together.
The official handle of ZEE5 dropped the deeds on release dates with a stunning teaser. The caption read, “Got a dark side you want to #Unlock? We’ll make your wish come true. The film is directed by Debatma Mandal and is produced by Krasnaya Corporation LLP and Horse Films LLP. The film features Hina Khan, Kushal Tandon, Aditi Arya, and Rishabh Sinha.
Kushal Tandon also shared about it and wrote, “The genre of the dark web is not explored in Bollywood and is extremely synonyms to the times we are living in. The film revolves around the life of Suhani played by Hina, who is deeply in love with Amar played by Kushal. Soon, she realizes that she is losing her love to her flatmate. Her obsession with Amar takes her to the dark web and she decides to use an app that can fulfill three wishes of her. However, before each wish is granted she has to complete a task that the app asks her to do.
The film will release on 27th June only on ZEE5.
