Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa is all set to kick off its Christmas celebrations

Festive season is all about sharing gifts, happiness and joy with your loved one and friends. To make the festivities more memorable, Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa has curated a special Christmas menu at their most stunning Pelican Deck, an open-air grill and barbeque restaurant and their all-day dining restaurant The Reef.
The Pelican Deck, has brought in the festive mood earlier this year with their Pre-Christmas and the Christmas Eve Dinner that will be a traditional meal with a Mediterranean twist. Some of the dishes that you will get to savor are pears with smoked cream cheese that will be served as an appetizer followed by Salmon rolls with apricot confit, Ciabatta bread and Chicken consommé with charred leek soup that will be a treat to the taste buds. Apart from the starters and soups, their main course and dessert includes Braised Lamb shank, Sousvide and Amaretto cheesecake, which are unmissable.
Their vegetarian spread includes Truffle mousse, Cream of artichoke with charred leek soup and Black rice risotto with Peruvian asparagus.
