Physical Rest:

By saying physical rest, it is all about napping and relaxing. This is particularly for your body as it turns out to be sapped when indulged more often in physical work. You just cannot handle a breakup or even a friendship breakup or hurts and so you would be emotionally collapsed. This is where you need an emotional recharge. So, ensure to go for counseling or talk to your best friend or someone close to you. It is okay even if you could not hold back your tears just let it run down.

Creative Rest:

It just could not be clicked spontaneously as it refuses to do so. This happens because you might be over-indulged in the creative process without giving it a halt. The most inevitable rest of all is sensory rest. You just have to switch off all the screens and take some break from it. Spiritual Rest:
