Sushmita Sen starring ‘Aarya’ got released on 19 June and the show has been garnering good responses from the audience. Sushmita makes the right and an impressive comeback with the show. Not only by the normal audience but the show has been receiving words of appreciation from the Bollywood fraternity as well. Actor Anupam Kher considers the show to be of International Standards.
The ‘Baby’ actor who is quite active on social media took to his twitter and wrote, “Watched @RamKMadhvani’s #Aarya. SPECTACULAR in every department. Prior to this, actress Bipasha Basu, wrestler Geeta Phogat and Punjabi film actor Gippy Grewal also praised the show and the fantastic performances by the cast.
‘Aarya’ has been directed by ‘Neerja’ fame director Ram Madhvani and is a story of a drug dealer’s wife who takes on her husband’s business after he suffers a horrible attack. Ram Madhvani has co-directed the series with Sandeep Modi and Vinod Rawat. It is reportedly a remake of Dutch series ‘Penoza’.
Sushmita plays the lead role in the show. It also stars Chandrachur Singh, Sikandar Kher, Ankur Bhatia and Namit Das among others. The show for its brilliant story and spectacular performances is definitely an easy binge-watch!
