Likewise, Japanese fans of Actor Karthi flew all the way from Japan to Chennai to watch Ponniyin Selvan 2. The sequel movie has been receiving a tremendous appreciation from the critics and the audiences. Meanwhile, a picture of Karthi with his fans from Japan has been doing its round on social media platforms. The ardent fans from Japan identified as Terumi Kakubari Fujieda and Isao Endo were landed in Chennai to watch his recent release, Ponniyin Selvan 2.

Reportedly, the fans were here for three days to watch the movie. By learning his fervent fans visit to Chennai, actor Karthi took time to meet and spent time with them. He welcomed his fans, who flew from Japan just to watch his acting in Mani Ratnam’s epic period drama, to his home. Terumi also explained in an interview that how she became a fan of Karthi at the first place. She also added that she watched Kaithi several times. Well, it is extremely heart-warming to see the pictures of Karthi spending time with his fans. He also clicked a picture with his fans during their interaction.

Karthi, who played the role of warrior, Vandhiyathevan in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan 2, done an exuberant job in the movie. He perfectly fits in the character and entertained the audiences as ‘Vandhiyathevan.’ This was a desiderated role since the Legendary actors including MGR, Shivaji, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan wished to play the role.

After Ponniyin Selvan 2, the actor is all set for his next upcoming project, ‘Japan’.
