SS Rajamouli helmed RRR has been pushed to 2021, the makers of the film have issued a new release date and apologized to fans for the delay.
RRR is an upcoming period action film written and directed by S. S. Rajamouli. It stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn. The film was slated for 30th July 2020 but now it will release on 8th Jan 2021, the fans have to wait the entire year for the film.
The official handle of RRR Movie tweeted, “#RRR will hit the screens on January 8th, 2021! We know the wait is long but we promise to keep giving you updates in the meanwhile. #RRROnJan8th”

It is a fictional story revolving around India’s freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem who fought against the British Raj and the Nizam of Hyderabad, respectively. The movie’s story is a fictional retelling of their lives during their self-imposed exile.
The film also stars Samuthirakani, Rahul Ramakrishna, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris and Alison Doody.
