​Not Able To Meet My Sisters, Feeling Odd Says Varun Dhawan

Corona Pandemic has changed we live our lives or even celebrates our festival, on this auspicious day of Raksha Bandhan, actor Varun Dhawan gets nostalgic as he doesn’t celebrate this special day with his sisters.

Varun Dhawan just took to his social media and shared some throwback pictures with Sister Anjini Dhawan, and expressed his sadness but also a hopeful note that things will get better.

He captioned it, “#RakshaBandhan…Feels really odd not being able to see all my sisters this year but to love them and protect them means not seeing them…..so be it…Miss my sisters”

With mask and social distancing being the new normal, people have refrained from venturing out and celebrated this special day digitally or by sending Rakhis by courier.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the dancing superstar Varun Dhawan will soon be seen in remake Coolie No 1, also starring Sara Ali Khan.

The film is directed by David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani. A remake of the 1995 film of the same name, the film also stars Paresh Rawal in a supporting role. The film was set to be theatrically released in India on 1 May 2020 but has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The remake also features Javed Jaffrey, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever, Sahil Vaid, and Shikha Talsania in pivotal roles.
