LEMON AND SUGAR FOOT SCRUB: All you have to do is to mix the two cups of sugar, ¼ cup of coconut oil, 9 to 10 drops of lemon essential oil in a bowl. You could now get a natural scrub and apply it on your feet and exfoliate it. Since lemon is a natural bleaching agent, it would clear up your skin.

BAKING SODA FOOT SCRUB: Prepare a thick paste by mixing the three tablespoons of baking soda and one tablespoon of water. Apply it to your feet and massage it for about 10 minutes and then wash it off. This is one of the easy foot scrubs of all. However, you could even soak your feet in baking soda mixed with warm water and follow up with this foot scrub.

SUGAR AND HONEY FOOT SCRUB: All you have to do is to mix one cup of sugar and bath salt in a bowl and then add coconut oil or olive oil to it. Now add two tablespoons of raw honey and mix it well. Then, add 7 to 8 drops of lemon essential oil at the end as it helps to distribute evenly. Now, apply the scrub on your feet and massage it for about 15 minutes. Leave it for few minutes and then wash it off. This would make your feet feel great.

SUGAR AND MILK FOOT SCRUB: To prepare this scrub, just pour two cups of milk and water in a pedicure basin or any container in which you feel comfortable and then soak it for 15 minutes. Just mix three tablespoons of sugar with one tablespoon of coconut oil. Now remove your feet and scrub them thoroughly with the oil and sugar paste and then wash it off. Well, the lactic acid in the milk would break down the dead skin cells and the scrub exfoliates your feet as well.
