Sunaina’s day to day work sees her reporting on urban-centric, health-related issues; myriad subjects that bore her and leave her jaded. Due to prevailing budget constraints at her workplace this is something she is unable to do as often as she would like.
Out of the blue, a fabulous opportunity falls into her lap when her channel is commissioned to run a campaign on tiger conservation featuring a Bollywood star.
The shoot takes a dramatic turn when the television team finds itself in the middle of a village protest over the killing of a cow followed by a tiger attack that leads to a Forest Guard being grievously injured. Controversy follows with the decision to relocate the tiger to a zoo, leading to protests and fresh outrage over the action. To Sunaina’s dismay, she finds herself becoming the epicentre of the converging controversies.
Can she keep her wits about her while remaining professional about the things she loves? Or will the collective problems overwhelm her? How will Sunaina find a balance?

Gargi Rawat has done several documentaries and environment programmes, including the first ever news show on wildlife in India, called Born Wild and anchored the Hindi version, Safari India on the Hindi channel NDTV India She has been editorially in charge of several environment campaigns by NDTV like The Greenathon, Save Our Tigers, Protecting India’s Coastline and the Banega Swachh India Campaign to encourage cleanliness She also did an award-winning documentary series on the Ganga, travelling the length of India’s national river and reporting on its state and the challenges in keeping the river clean.
