The buffet at Clubhouse, the trendy 24-hour European Bistro at Taj Cub House, just got better! Flavours of India will take centre-stage at the buffet spread from August 9 – 15, with each day celebrating a cuisine from one State of India . On August 15, as the nation is wrapped in the spirit of the tricolor, the buffet at Clubhouse will celebrate Independence Day with different flavours from across the country. Apart from this, guests can enjoy the regular buffet at Clubhouse on all days.
The Rajasthani cuisine (August 9) will feature specialities like Laal Mass; Ker Sangri; Gatte Ke Subzi; Paneer Mathania; Jodhpuri pulao and the much loved Dal Bati Churma; and Mongodi ki subzi. The team of chefs has whipped up favourites from West Bengal (August 10) like Machar Jhol; Dum gosht briyani; Potol Dolma; Aloo Postho; Cholar Dal; Korola Shukto; and Aloo Baingan Chokke, to name a few.
From Andhra Pradesh (August 11), Chef recommends Gongura kodi; Bendakaya pulusu; Gutti Vonkaya kura; Munakai mamisam;Goru Chikkudukaya vepudu; and Ramulukai pappu. Kerala favourites (August 12) include Avial; Thoran; Mathangai Van Payar Erruseri; Kozhi malli peralan; Olan; Puliserry; and Upperi. Flavours from the rich cuisine of Karnataka (August 13) include Canara Donee Biriyani; Ragi Mudde; Aloogade Nuggekai Palya; Kalabella Saru; Bisi bella bhat; Kori Gassi; and Badenekaya Gojju.
Those who love Punjabi flavours, come to Clubhouse on August 14 and savour Makhani Chooza; Sarson da saag; Bharwan Bhindi; Amritsari Paneer butter masala; Langarwali Dal; Aloo wadian da pulao; Tawa Gosht; Baingan Bhartha; and the much-lovedPindi Channa. For flavours from closer home, savour Thanjavore Meen Kozhlambu; Kadamba kai poriyal; Neerkai Khootu; Paalkati patani milagu; kaikari brinji; Mutton Chinavengaya Theratal; Manathakali Vathal Kozhlambu; and Vazhakai More curry, from Tamil Nadu on August 15.
