The menu includes Trio of hummus – Hummus (Chickpea puree, tahini, lemon salt, extra virgin olive oil); Hummus beiruti (Onions, tomatoes, parsley, spiced chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil); and Hummus turkish (piri piri olives, parsley, extra virgin olive oil), with Toum (creamy garlic sauce) and Harissa bil toum (Fiery red pepper paste with creamy garlic sauce), all served with oven baked garlic pita / crisp zaatar pita. The mains include Falafel roll (Chickpea cakes, cumin, coriander, onion and garlic rolled in a pita); Chicken shawarma (Spit roasted chicken, garlic sauce, pickled vegetables, onions, tomatoes and parsley salad); Rubian salalah (Char grilled prawns marinated in traditional piquant sauce and cooked on skewers); Asparagus makhli (Pan tossed asparagus with garlic and pine nut sauce); and Cheese talas kebabi (Stuffed griddle baked breads from turkey). Round off with delicious desserts – Omali ( Baked Egyptian bread pudding with nuts ) and Orange blossom and almond basbousa. The vegetarian menu is priced at INR 2300 plus taxes for two, while the non-vegetarian menu is priced at INR 2600 plus taxes for two.
