Huma Qureshi Turns 34, Expresses Her Gratitude On Instagram.

Wishing a girl happy birthday with balloons and chocolates makes her feel on cloud nine. Actor Huma Qureshi is feeling blessed and excited as her birthday wishes fill up with balloons. Huma Qureshi is celebrating her 34th birthday today. As she turns a year older today the ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’ actor took to her Instagram handle and expressed her gratitude for birthday wishes. In the picture, Huma is seen sitting surrounded by balloons feeling in high spirits.

The Instagram feed of Huma read, “Loved! Thank you universe for all the blessings and love in my life … I’m singing #happybirthdaytome !! What does a girl need but just some fun balloons on her birthday right ?? #gratitude #happy #balloons”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Huma made her Bollywood debut with Anurag Kashyap’s 2012 film ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’. She also featured in the second installment of the film, which also released the same year. Huma worked in films like ‘Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana’, opposite Kunal Kapoor. Kannan Iyer’s supernatural drama ‘Ek Thi Daayan’, co-starring Emraan Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin, and Konkona Sen Sharma. She also featured in the crime drama ‘D-Day’ the same year. Huma played a supporting role in ‘Dedh Ishqiya’. The film did not perform well at the box office. Huma did not have any major releases in 2016. The year, 2017 turned out to be a lucky year for Huma as she featured in ‘Jolly LLB 2’, opposite Akshay Kumar. She also starred in ‘Dobaara: See Your Evil’ the same year. Huma featured in Netflix’s web-series ‘Leila’, for which she received a lot of appreciation.

Huma’s next project is Zack Snyder’s zombie film ‘Army Of The Dead’. Army of The Dead: Army of the Dead is an upcoming American apocalypse film, directed by American film director, Zack Synder. The film depicts a story by Synder and is loosely based on events that took place after a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas. The film is about soldiers who attempt at theft during the zombie outbreak in Vegas. The film features Dave Bautista essaying the role of a dry-witted fellow, while Ella Purnell plays the role of his daughter. Huma Qureshi has also been roped in to play the role of Geeta. The film will release on Netflix and is expected to release in the month of October 2020.
