Kangana Ranaut Resumes Work After 7 Months

As it is said, “Show must go on”, though India is still fighting its war against Covid-19, yet people are slowly resuming work following strict safety guidelines. The life is moving forward with a new normal where everyone is behind the mask. Actress Kangana Ranaut has also left for South India as she will resume shooting for ‘Thalaivi’ after a gap of seven months.

Sharing the news with her fans, Kangana took to twitter and wrote, “Dear friends today is a very special day, resuming work after 7 months, travelling to southern India for my most ambitious bilingual project THALAIVI, need your blessings in these testing times of a pandemic. PS: just clicked these morning selfies hope you all like them”

During these seven months, Kangana was spending her time with her parents and family in her Manali House. Her sister Rangoli had been sharing glimpses of their fun fam jam sessions through her social media account. Now Kangana has finally left to resume the shoot for her upcoming film ‘Thalaivi’.

‘Thalaivi’ is a biographical film covering the life of Jayalalithaa, late politician and film actress who even served six terms as the Chief Minister of Tamil Naidu. The film is directed by A.L.Vijay and produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R. Singh.

The film also features Arvind Swami and Prakash Raj in prominent roles. The film is simultaneously shot in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu under the same title.

Kangana will soon kick-start Tejas as well, it is helmed by Sarvesh Mewara and based on India Air Force pilots.
