To portray any role it takes sweat, determination, and hard work. Actor, host Maniesh Paul took to his Instagram handle and shared a shot from the film ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’.
To get his shot perfect Maniesh took the training from his trainer Praveen Nair every day. The actor in his post also stated that though it was hot, he managed to do 500 push-ups. Expressing his gratitude, Maniesh thanked Vishwas Pandya and his trainer Praveen Nair for training him every day.
Sharing a video of doing push-ups, Maniesh on his Instagram wrote, “Now this was a shot I worked VERY HARD for!!! For my film #baabaaablacksheep directed by @vishwaspaandya sir…special, thanks to him for making me work hard for this and @_praveen_nair for training everyday… that’s a different deal that the surface im doing push-ups on was soooo hot that my hands got burnt and had to do some 500 of them as there were re takes hahahaha…u can watch the film on @zee5premium #action #thriller”
