After sharing screen space with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in “Jab Harry Met Sejal” actress Evelyn Sharma is all set to explore action genre for the first time with Saaho, says she is looking forward to the film.
Directed by Sujeeth, produced by UV Creations and T-Series, Saaho stars Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor in the leading roles and actress Evelyn Sharma plays Jennifer, a worthy adversary. Talking about the film and her first action avatar on-screen, Evelyn Sharma said, “People know me romantic film or comedy film, but in Saaho, they will see me in my first ever action avatar. The film is getting so much love from the North, South and all over the world, we’re super excited about it” “I am playing Jennifer in Saaho, it is my first action role and this is my first mature and tough character on screen.
So all thanks go to my director Sujeeth for the opportunity” Praising the filmmaker Sujeeth for making the biggest action thriller in Indian Cinema history, Evelyn said, “Sujeeth might be young but hats off to him for taking such a massive project. He has written and directed it, which is brilliant because no one knows how the film ends”
“Most actors, who have been the part of the film, were called for specific parts to play, so all of us are still looking forward to watching the complete film and how the script has played out. The film has got so many twists and turns, it will be super entertaining for everyone to watch” Sharing her experience working with Prabhas, she said, “Shooting with Prabhas was super nice because he is a really nice person; he is humble, fun and an absolute gentleman”

Made at a massive budget of 350 crores, the film is scheduled to be released in theaters and IMAX on 30 August 2019.
