Dabangg Girl Saiee Manjrekar join hands with Act Against Abuse campaign and shared her picture on social media.

Femina has partnered with UN Women and several NGOs of the country to raise awareness about domestic violence due to cohabitation during the pandemic, with their latest campaign ‘#ActAgainstAbuse’.

Celebrities such as Shabana Azmi, Radhika Apte, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Taapsee Pannu and more has joined the campaign.

Saiee took to her social media and shared her picture, in which she is covering her eyes as part of the campaign. She wrote, “Tragically, the world has witnessed a sharp rise in domestic violence cases during the lockdown. It’s getting worse by the minute and staying mum is not an option. We have to come together to express our support, create awareness, and help abuse victims.

“It’s time to speak out, report it, and #ActAgainstAbuse. To report a complaint, call 181 or get in touch with the National Commission for Women (NCW) on their emergency Whatsapp number: 7217735372.
