Actor Emraan Hashmi, who recently featured in a music video titled ‘Lut Gaye’, has said that he will definitely feature in music videos with T-Series in the future as well but he added saying that audiences have to wait for it because he wants to maintain exclusivity in his work.

Emraan Hashmi was interacting with News Helpline at the success bash of ‘Lut Gaye’ on the occasion of his 42nd birthday in Mumbai.

After huge success of ‘Lut Gaye, people feel that no one can replace Emraan Hashmi when it comes to featuring in romantic music videos, when asked him how does he take such compliments, he said, “I feel happy when I hear people saying that there is no replacement of me when it comes to featuring in music videos. But I think if I keep doing music videos then definitely they will start looking for a replacement of mine. The audiences have to wait a bit because that’s the whole thing about exclusivity. I will definitely do one more (music video) with T-Series but we will do it when we have something fascinating.”

‘Lut Gaye’ is sung by Jubin Nautiyal and composed by Tanishq Bagchi. The lyrics of the song are penned by Manoj Muntashir. The song also features Yukti Thareja as the female lead. It is streaming on T-Series official YouTube channel.

The song titled Lut Gaye stars Emraan Hashmi essaying the role of the feared police inspector Vijay Dandekar. It tells the real story of the cop who fell in love with a bride who was later shot by goons.

Talking about the concept of the song, Emraan said, “It’s like a masala film. Everything is there in those five minutes. There is action, romance, angst and tragedy at the end. I don’t want to take any credit for the success of this song. I just turned up and did my bit by doing lip-syncing. I have had a great time shooting it and I hope that it will soon reach one billion views on social media.”

On film front, Emraan Hashmi will share the screen space with Megastar Amitabh Bachchan for the first time in a mystery-thriller film ‘Chehre’. It is slated to hit the screens on 9th April, 2021.
