Basic Chocolate Making Skills with Chef Sanjana Patel at The Classroom by La Folie


Calling all chocolate connoisseurs! Chef Sanjana Patel, Co-Founder, Creative Director and Executive Chef of La Folie, will hold an intensive, basic chocolate making skills class on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

This interactive class is designed for students who are passionate about chocolate making. Here, you will learn the basics of chocolate making including tempering, moulding, and creating various garnishes for your own chocolate creations. Teaching the basic fundamentals of chocolate making, Chef Sanjana will play with up-to-date modern flavours, techniques, shapes and decorations.

On the agenda will be recipes featuring white, milk and dark chocolate. Participants will learn how to create chocolate bars, the techniques of tempering chocolate, using moulds and examining texture and chocolate & ingredient garnishes.

This class will take place on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 1 PM to 6 PM. The class is priced at Rs. 5000 plus taxes per person and participants can book their spots on using the following link:
