“Cantonese cuisine, also known as Yue cuisine, is a celebration of flavors from Guangdong province, including Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau. The historical trading hub of Guangzhou has infused Cantonese cuisine with a rich tapestry of imported foods and ingredients. I am excited to share this culinary journey with the people of Chennai,” shares Chef Darwan Rawat.

The festival promises a gastronomic adventure, featuring traditional Cantonese dishes prepared with precision and passion. From the renowned Eight Treasure Winter Melon Soup to the savory White Cut Chicken, the enticing Beef Chow Fun, the aromatic Clay Pot Rice, the flavorful Char Siew Pork, and the classic Sweet & Sour Pork, each dish is a masterpiece of Cantonese culinary heritage.
