Cocktail description: Indulge in the enchanting narrative of a cocktail crafted with gin, pineapple juice, basil and red wine, taking your taste buds on an unforgettable adventure.

Paradise Recipe:

Ingredients:

60ml Gin

20ml Pineapple juice

15ml Simple syrup

5-6 leaves of basil

10ml Red wine

Scoop of ice

Method:

· Muddle basil in the cocktail shaker.

· Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a lot of ice.

· Shake well.

· Strain and pour into a wine glass.

· Layer with red wine.

· Garnish with a macaroon.
