People of Tomorrow is elated to announce the launch of its second all-vegan restaurant, this time featuring an omakase cocktail bar and delightful vegan dishes created collaboratively by seven different chefs. With its second marquee project, P.O.T aims to redefine the vegan culinary landscape offering a great mix of cuisines from around the world paired with the creative finesse of some of the country’s top culinary talent.

The restaurant has brought together visionary chefs from diverse backgrounds to collaboratively craft an unprecedented menu that tantalises the taste buds and challenges traditional perceptions of vegan cuisine. This innovative approach promises to captivate diners with an array of flavours and textures, elevating plant-based dining to new heights.

Chef Anahita Dhondy brings Parsi favourites such as the Akuri; Chef Surabhi Sehgal has played around with the Mexican palette with dishes like Empanadas and Mucho Bueno; Chef Dhruv Nijhawan serves up the P.O.T house favourite, Tomatoes of Tomorrow a zero waste dish; Chef Sambhavi Joshi has concocted a variety of Italian favourites; hitting the sweet spot as always, Chef Anukriti Anand’s dessert oasis features dishes like the Tropical Cassata and Caramel Hot Chocolate Fudge, and lastly, a very special Secret Chef* arouses the taste buds with their Gomae Salad and Tartare de Nasu for the well travelled patrons seeking their palettes to be refreshed.

Built with a commitment to sustainability, People of Tomorrow embraces all-natural materials and a single tonality in colours and textures, creating a harmonious and eco-friendly space. Designed by interior maestro Ayushi Malik, the venue boasts fluid forms, arches, and curves, complemented by travertine stone, environment conscious flooring, and walls in a consistent colour palette. Repurposed canvas fabric illuminates the space, providing a soft ambiance that seamlessly transitions from a cozy brunch spot to a sophisticated cocktail bar as the day unfolds.

A pioneering collaboration with Reformary has resulted in the utilisation of the first-of-its-kind sustainable paint throughout the entire establishment. This unique paint, formulated by Reformary’s material science lab, is non-toxic, non-VOC, and plastic-free, contributing to healthier indoor air quality. The breathable properties of the paint create a sensory experience with its matte, suede-like finish, embodying the ethos of a future-forward establishment.

Founder Ritv Kapoor states, “People of Tomorrow is not just a restaurant; it’s a vision for the future of dining. We aim to challenge perceptions and showcase that plant-based dining can be innovative, indulgent, and economically sustainable. Our commitment to using natural and sustainable materials extends beyond the kitchen to every corner of our space, creating a holistic experience for our patrons.”

The centrepiece of People of Tomorrow is its classic Omakase Bar, a Japanese chef’s table concept adapted into an interactive cocktail bar, offering a unique and immersive experience for guests.

People of Tomorrow invites all food enthusiasts, vegans and non-vegans alike, to embark on a gastronomic adventure that transcends boundaries and transforms perceptions. The first of its kind transient space promises a dining experience that is not only delicious but also mindful of the planet and its future.
