Making sure that your tweens and teens are getting enough nutrients through their daily diet menu is an essential thing to do. But this could be a strenuous job for parents out there as most children would not enjoy having veggies. Generally, tweens and teens would hate eating veggies and do not wish to have them for a meal but they do not know how nutritious veggies are. However, the parents have to ensure that their children are getting enough nutrients through foods.
