Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Butter 1 cup
Brown sugar 2 cups
Eggs 2
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups
Baking soda 1 1/4 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Chocolate chips 1/2 cups
Chocolate chunks 1/2 cups


In a large mixing bowl, add butter and sugar
Beat them till they are well incorporated with each other
Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat them along
Sieve all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt and add them to the mixing bowl and mix well
Add the chocolate chips and chocolate chunks and fold them in
Take an ice cream scooper or measure the cookie batter and divide them into equal portions
Lay the cookie dough balls in a baking tray lined with parchment sheet
Preheat your oven to 400C
Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes
Place the cookies on a wire rack to cool off

Chocolate Brownie



All-purpose flour 1 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Butter 2/3 cup
Sugar 2 cups
Eggs 2
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Boiling Water 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chocolate chunks 1 1/2 cups


In a large mixing bowl, sieve cocoa powder and baking soda.
Add melted butter and boiling water and mix well
And eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract and combine all together
Sieve flour and salt and mix them along
Add the chocolate chunks and mix them
Preheat the oven to 350C
Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan
Bake the brownies for 35-40 minutes or until the sides of the brownie leave the pan
Cool the brownies and enjoy the warm and rich chocolate brownies

3. Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Do you want to make an eggless and no-bake chocolate dessert that is quick and extremely yummy? Eggless chocolate mousse is the perfect answer to that. To have this chilled eggless chocolate mousse on a warm sunny day is pure bliss.

Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate chunks 1 cup
Heavy whipping cream 1 cup
Unsalted Butter 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Brewed Coffee 2 tbsp


Melt the chocolate along with the butter in a double boiler
Once the chocolate is melted, let it cool down to room temperature
Whip the whipping cream till you get stiff peaks. Tip: Make sure to refrigerate the cream and the bowl in which you are going to whip the cream. This will get you stiff peaks quicker. Do not let the cream turn warm when you beat it. Also do not overbeat the cream as it will curdle.
Save a few teaspoons of the whipping cream for garnishing
Now gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture, vanilla extract and brewed coffee into the whipped cream. Add the chocolate in batches to get an even texture.
Divide the chocolate mousse mixture into serving glasses or cups and refrigerate them for about 2 hours
Garnish it with the reserved whipped cream and cocoa powder or berries
Delicious eggless chocolate mousse is ready to be served.

4. No-Bake Chocolate Fudge

No-Bake chocolate fudge is the perfect answer for a dessert for a large gathering when you have to put something quick and easy. Read the recipe below for the delicious no-bake chocolate fudge.

No-Bake Chocolate Fudge

Dark Chocolate chunks 2 cups
Condensed milk 2 1/2 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Walnuts or Almonds 1/4 cup


Melt the chocolate chunks in a double boiler
Take it off the heat and add condensed milk, butter and salt and mix well
Add vanilla extract and the nuts and combine well
Pour the chocolate fudge mixture evenly into a tray lined with parchment paper
Refrigerate it for 4-5 hours to set fully
Cut the chocolate fudge into squares and enjoy.

5. Choco Lava Cake (Molten Chocolate Cake)

We have saved the best for the last. Choco lava cake is heaven on earth, with its gooey chocolate and fudgy cake, it surely wins over our hearts every single time.

Choco Lava Cake

All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Chocolate chunks 160 gms
Butter 120 gms
Eggs 2
Sugar 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp


Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler
In a mixing bowl, sieve the flour
In a different bowl beat eggs and sugar till they are well combined and pale
Add the melted chocolate into the egg mixture
Add the sieved flour and salt and fold everything till they are well incorporated
Preheat the oven to 450C
Butter the small ramekins or a medium-sized ramekin and dust them with flour and tap out the excess flour
Add the choco lava cake (molten chocolate cake) batter into the ramekins
Bake for 12 mins or until the cake’s sides are cooked well but the centre is still fudgy
Cool the choco lava cake for 1 minute and serve the decadent choco lava cakes immediately
You can also serve the choco lava cakes with vanilla ice cream on top
