The fragrance brand amps up its customer base by taking the brand on a digital platform for the first time in India

India, 30th August 2019: Bath & Body Works, one of the worlds’s leading specialty retailers of fragrance products for bath, body, and home launches its online store in India on a large scale on the 30th August 2019. The website is fully serviceable and sells all the fragrance collections currently available at retail outlets.

Since July 2018, Bath and Body Works has successfully launched 7 retail outlets in three major cities in India starting with New Delhi followed by Mumbai and Chennai respectively. The brand witnessed massive demand coming in from other parts of the country on their social media platforms, this growing awareness, and demand from Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets have driven the brand to launch their digital platform and expand its reach in India via an omnichannel presence.

As online retail becomes increasingly popular in India, Bath and Body Works is designing a cohesive approach by offering a user-friendly digital experience, therefore expanding its customer base from across the length & breadth of the country.
