After a long wait, the makers of ‘Mission Mangal’ have finally released the second trailer of their film which stars Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi and Nithya Menon.
Superstar Akshay Kumar dropped the trailer on social media. He captioned it, “Fall down 7 times, get up eight! The second trailer is more in-depth about the characters, their struggle, and ambitions like life. Mission Mangal is an incredible story of some of the finest scientists of our country who chose to rise above all the hardships and failures to make India the only country who reached Mars in its first attempt. This is a story of relentless effort.
Helmed by Jagan Shakti, ‘Mission Mangal’ is touted as India’s first space film, which follows scientists at Indian Space Research Organisation who contributed to the Mars Orbiter Mission.
Akshay manages to give an impressive performance in the film, managing a team of scientists, who are ambitious enough to prove their mantle and establish India’s name globally.
The film which is slated to release on Independence Day this year focuses on India’s milestone achievement Mangalyaan (Mars Mission) and the trailer of the film gave us an insight of how the scientists at the Indian Space Research Organisation executed the milestone.
