‘Shooting Aaj Sajeya was like when I will get married it will be similar to this’, Alaya F

Alaya F is basking in the success of her first Filmfare win as she won the award for best debut for her film Jawaani Jaaneman. Her first music video ‘Aaj Sajeya’ also released yesterday where she plays the role of a millennial bride. The actress spoke to News Helpline about the song and much more.

Talking about the song, she said,”It is a beautiful and heartfelt song with a very happy, light, young and modern touch. Shooting Aaj Sajeya was like when I will get married it will be similar to this. The song is beautiful.”

Sharing her shooting experience, she said,”The shoot was wonderful. I had Punit Malhotra directing me, I was wearing Manish Malhotra , Mickey Contractor was doing my makeup, so basically I had the best team.

She further said, “Goldie Sohel who has sung the song is very talented. We shot for two days in a beautiful hotel in Mumbai . It was so much fun.”

What was the most interesting thing about the shoot, sharing about that, she said,”The most interesting thing in the shoot was that I learnt how to give beauty shots. When I shot for my movie I was told don’t worry about your looks, Just ACT. Here I learnt how to give beauty shots . Punit is the best in this and he has done a great job.”

Talking about her aspirations, she said, “I will keep doing good work. I will keep going for my classes and will work hard. Because I truly believe if you really work hard, you can get the desried results.”
