Honey: Honey which is also tasty to eat is good for fighting infections and treating wounds. It also helps to reduce toxins in the liver.
Ginger:
Studies have shown that fresh ginger really does have an antibiotic effect against foodborne pathogens. Often, our moms make us have ginger extract which helps stop stomach-related issues and boosts our health.
Coconut oil:
It helps in having the ideal amount of sugar in the body. Coconut oil also helps in maintaining the immune system and cholesterol levels.
