Bask in the Winter Sun
As children, we never witnessed winter mornings as we rushed to our schools. One of the biggest blessings of growing up is learning to love what you missed as a child. It is learning to bask in the winter sun as a designated start to your day. You can even practise yoga, exercise, and walk your dog in the early hours of winter. Make this a habit to soak in the sun and its much-needed Vitamin D. Add a new meaning to sun-kissed!
Go on Short Trips
The end of the year comes hand in hand with winter blues. The best escape is a getaway, and we suggest taking short, weekend trips but with increased frequency. It’s a way to explore tiny towns and hamlets, not get tired and also enjoy a much-needed escape. It’s a win-win-win. So what are you waiting for? A backpack of warm clothes, a car or a bike and your closest tribe. A couple of drinks in the night and your winter weekends are good to go.
