Ingredients Required:

Carrots, beans, or any vegetables of your choice, chopped garlic cloves, chicken breast, water, black pepper, salt and crushed red pepper as per your requirement.

Steps to Prepare Vegan Chicken Dinner:

Take two to three carrots and peel the outer layer. Then cut them into small pieces.

Now, do the same with the green beans (slice them in a medium shape).

Heat the pan and add a few drops of olive oil.

When the oil is heated, add the sliced carrots and stir them.

Now, you have to add two tablespoons or required amount chicken broth or water.

Then, close it with the lid and let it boil.

Next, add the mediumly sliced beans and close it with the lid.

Let the veggies boil and cook for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, take the chicken breast and slice it into small pieces of cubes or any.

Open the lid and add the chopped garlic and chicken.

Stir both garlic and chicken along with cooked veggies in the pan.
