Earlier, our ancestors have a practice of sleeping on the floor whereas we living in this modern world could not even sit on the floor for a few minutes. It was due to this healthy practice of our ancestors, they did not come across any musculoskeletal issues. But we do have many issues day by day even at the younger stage of our life.
